Concentrix Wins Two Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership Awards

Fremont, CA – October 21, 2015 – Concentrix was honored with two of the four Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards for BPO Innovation presented by the Outsourcing Institute. Concentrix won awards in two categories: Visionary Thought Leadership and Best Practices.

The Visionary Thought Leadership Award recognizes an ambitious plan by Concentrix to help one of its long-time partners shift from selling hardware to selling software. The plan consisted of expert analytics and end-to-end customer care. “The company’s successful ventures with its client have improved scheduling efficiency, performance and forecasting accuracy,” noted the Outsourcing Institute.

This bold new business process modeling also won Concentrix awards from the Technology Services Industry Association and Contact Center World in 2014. Concentrix uses Omni-Channel engagement and multi-language capabilities to meet the needs of its clients around the world.

The Best Practices Award honors client recognition of creative and flexible process innovations to strengthen branding. In order to help agents gain a better understanding of the client’s international travel experience, Concentrix re-created an airport lounge. The lounge featured an area for agents to watch videos on the client’s products and services, as well as enabling supervisors to hold team huddles anywhere thanks to the Wi-Fi enabled laptops. As a result, agents were better equipped to become the client’s best advocates and representatives.

“Concentrix delivered superior customer satisfaction (CSAT) and exceeded the high expectations of its client by improving scores in all categories/metrics – CSAT and customer dissatisfaction (DSAT) and average handle time (AHT),” stated the Outsourcing Institute.

The Outsourcing Institute is a professional association providing information, research, networking opportunities and customized outsourcing services and solutions to the outsourcing industry. Judging was done by separate panels of eight independent senior sourcing executives and business decision makers from Fortune 1000 enterprises. The panels evaluated nominations on a scorecard that measured timeliness, overall quality, uniqueness, usefulness and creativity.
